Tis The Season!

Most of us are familiar with these three words and probably the rest of the song. Many of will experience the season of being "JOLLY";but for others this is not the season to be Jolly. This holiday season could bring on sadness and loneliness at times or possible depression. Take time to focus and recognize the emotions you are experiencing and work to find a notable solutions. Think about things that bring you joy and happiness. Spend time with someone who makes you laugh, smile and if you don't have any one don't hesitate to reach out to someone. Maybe your local church, a close relative that you have not spoken to in a while. Reach out some else might be going through a similar situation and the two of you can get through the Season together. Work hard to be your best.
